They cater to a diverse range of institutional, public, and private clients.

Imagine being in a role where you get to develop project-specific strategies for BIM use, from design and construction to building operations.

Your skills will be instrumental in engaging clients on the use of BIM in building operations, delivering BIM strategy documentation that adheres to ISO19650 standards.

You'll get to lead BIM workshops with design, contractor, and client teams, and keep track of information exchanges, project risks, coordination issues, and data compliance.

Your position will also allow you to spearhead team research initiatives on industry technological advancements and explore how information management can contribute to the delivery of sustainable and safe environments.

Now, let's talk about you.

You have a proven track record of implementing BIM processes on large-scale projects, understanding of the UK BIM Framework, ISO 19650, and PAS1192 principles.

You have experience leading BIM coordination workshops, and hands-on experience with Solibri Office/Navisworks and COBie data structures.

Experience in managing model datasets, linking models with data visualization platforms, and using Adobe InDesign would be a plus.
