THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen within the Transmission department for a Depot Clerk (Maintenance) based in Dundee, reporting to the Admin Manager Maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
- Work scheduling of routine and nonroutine maintenance activities in Maximo.
- Providing general support and assistance to operational colleagues.
- Administration of the Scotland Maintenance health surveillance programme.
- Administration of 3rd Party contract arrangements.
- Provide local reports on a regular and adhoc basis.
- MI Reporting associated with PEPSI, MRI and SHE performance targets.
- Administrate records capture and update SGN systems.
- Liaison with Asset Management, Depots, customers, and external clients.
- Assist with support activities for the wider Admin Team and provide flexible cover as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Experience of Maintenance systems and Processes or industry experience in a relevant function
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities on short notice
- Ability to take initiative to minimize or prevent anticipated problems
- Effective and polite communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Competence with Microsoft (including Word, Excel and other key systems)
- Ability to effectively control costs, people, resources, and tasks.
