This Acquisition Accountant will be responsible for carrying out initial assessments of future acquisitions and project managing the successful integration into the group.

You'll be joining a cash-rich highly acquisitive group who have successfully acquired 8 business in the last 8 years and have an opportunity for a dedicated acquisitions accountant to play a really important role.

With offices in Nottingham you will be working closely with the Finance Director & Business Development Director and you will have the responsibility for all aspects of acquisition and presenting to the acquisitions committee and making recommendations.

You will coordinate the integration of the finance function including process mapping, data migration and be responsible for monthly management accounting, VAT, Corp Tax.

This would make a great move for an experienced accountant who enjoys project work, orsomeone who has audit experience who enjoys the challenge of you working to your own accord and find solutions to problems.
