Description

Through your previous experience as a HR Change Manager, you will demonstrate your ability to engage with stakeholders from across different areas of the business.

You will:

Have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
Be passionate about developing a sustainable change management environment
Have strong communication skills, both oral and written
Have experience of conducting change impact assessments
Be a self starter and be able to hit the ground running

You will have a good understanding of UK employment laws and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
