Milton Keynes for a food manufacturing company.

Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full-time.


Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility.

The role _

As the
HR Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Support payroll each month, processing commission, bonus, overtime, pension, salary sacrifice and more.
  • Support the recruitment process, writing job descriptions and adverts.
  • Manage and monitor production hours.
  • Support onboarding of new starters.
  • Attend meetings for grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Responsible for the creation of HR analytics and reports.

The experience required _

As a successful
HR Administrator you will have the following:

  • At least 3 years experience within an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, manufacturing organisation.
  • CIPD level 3 or above.
  • Experience managing ER cases, grievances & disciplinaries would be an advantage.
  • Confident using SAGE Payroll and managing payroll procedures.
  • Talent acquisition experience.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent organisation and IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
