Yolk Recruitment are working with one of the worlds leading consultancies who are looking to grow their software engineering function in their Belfast office.

They're looking for a Lead.
NET Developer to take on the leadership of one of their scrum teams.

They operate hybrid working with 2 days per week onsite at their Belfast office.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical leadership across Agile teams; coaching and mentoring developers.
  • Guide the engineering of high quality software products to support the Business.
  • Collaborate with the Architects to develop our blueprints into design documentation.
  • Innovate whilst selecting the best tools and emerging technologies.

Skills Required:


  • Strong expedience building solutions in C# /.NET.
  • Experience leading Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Experience with cloud hosted development (Azure).
  • Exposure to architecture & design.
