Sales Representative

Department/Location:
Office-based in East Croydon

Hours of work: 09:00 am to 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary Range:
£20,000 - £26,000 plus uncapped OTE - £80K+

The role and responsibilities include:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for;

  • Prospecting and connecting with the right clients
  • Having a good understanding of our products and actively upselling and crossselling to our clients
  • Delivering excellent customer service, with a solutionsorientated mindset
  • Identifying and utilising opportunities to build relationships with potential clients, fellow sales people and colleagues alike
  • Be a confident communicator, with an ability to decipher and share data and information
  • Pitch to and close clients
  • Manage your client pipeline
  • Consulting with recruitment agencies
  • Identifying the clients goals for growth
  • Have confidence to sell direct to FD/MD/CEO level
  • Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client
  • An understanding of IR35 legislation
We do not require that you have previous experience working for an umbrella company, although it is desirable. Demonstrable experience in faced-paced business development role is essential.
