Operational Estates Lead - Cornwall & West Devon

Permanent - 37 Hours Per Week / Full Time

NJC Grade I - £36,648 - £39,186 per annum

The Learning Academy Partnership has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Estates Lead to join our exceptional, friendly, and professional centralised Business Support Team.

We are at an exciting time in our development as a growing School Trust, and this role will bring with it a real sense of personal fulfilment, knowing what you do has a direct impact on the lives of our children.


This is a brand-new role where you will be part of an evolving & collaborative team ensuring we develop and improve the provision, resources, and premises for all our children in our Cornwall and West Devon Schools.

We are looking for someone who can provide high quality leadership and operational management of the Trust's Estates functions, including identifying maintenance and compliance activities, the procurement of services and contracts, and supporting with Health and Safety matters across the Trust.

The role is crucial in allowing our schools to provide the very best educational offer and ensure that services to our children remain consistent, high quality and compliant.


You will work closely with CFO and Trust Lead for Business on strategic projects and the continuous development of our Estates operational functions.

You will need to capitalise on your excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with key stakeholders including Trust Leads and external contractors to deliver the very best provision for our children.

Leading and developing our dedicated team of Site Supervisors and Cleaners, who truly want to be the BEST they can be, in a friendly and supportive manner will be a key part of the role.
