Night Security needed in Portsmouth, £10.32ph - Reference:
Working a shift on a rota covering the following days & hours:
Monday to Sunday 4.45pm to Midnight

Monday to Friday 4.45pm to 9.15am

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing risks to residents.
To monitor and report entries of residents & visitors, and to report all resident contract breaches.
To conduct a security check using CCTV and in house systems to ensure that the person seeking entry is a resident, or authorised visitors.
To permit entry to all authorised resident(s) and authorised visitor(s).
To decline entry to all unauthorized resident(s) and visitor(s)
Respond to health & safety issues.
Respond to incidents.
To identify and report all necessary repairs to the premises, and any owned furnishings, fittings and white goods.
To respond to fire alarm emergencies.
To talk to residents & liaise with external professionals in conjunction with the duties of the post.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
