Description

Working under a hybrid arrangement of both home and office working, you will support the Finance Manager as part of a small team to maintain the financial records of both EDW Technology and Team Energy.


About you


We are looking for someone educated to A Level standard and the desire to progress a career in the Accounting function.

You will have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role and have good working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM), Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Teamwork is essential, along with the aptitude to learn and meet the ever demanding needs of a rapidly growing business and the use of emerging technologies.

Tasks include;

  • Entering Purchase Orders onto the CRM
  • Processing employee expenses and producing reports
  • Utilise Sage accounting software to record financial transactions and manage customers
  • Compiling Information for Payment run to Finance Manager
  • Entering Information and submitting reports for Framework & SBS
  • Producing and obtaining approvals for KAM Commission report monthly
  • Help manage accounts payable by processing invoices and making payments, and daily reconciliation of all payments received.
  • Sending out quotes for subscription renewals and end to end process of purchase orders
  • Supporting and resolving customer invoicing queries
  • Assisting Finance Manager in the administration of the month end process, including posting of journals
  • Covering adhoc duties in the absence of other finance staff as required
