I am recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading logistics company. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company at a busy growing time


Duties include:
Entering of Purchase Orders to ensure accurate P&L reporting.
Entering of weekly and monthly sales invoicing
Timesheets
Preparation of month end reports
Responding and dealing with invoice queries
Creating security passes
Drug testing new starters as part of HR induction.
Supporting the Divisional Manager with Employee Engagement initiatives.
Setting up and booking of meeting rooms. Provision of refreshments. Clearing and tidying meeting rooms, kitchen and the office in general.
Answering telephone and dealing with questions as appropriate or taking messages.
Answering intercom, taking in deliveries and dealing with visitors.
Sorting incoming and outgoing post.


Requirements:

Knowledge of office procedure and methods including the use of telephones, and other office systems.
Very high level of attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise, multitask, work independently, and make progress on tasks with mínimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to deal with people at all levels.
Basic PC literacy and the ability to use/learn software packages that is applicable to the job.
Microsoft 365 Office packages, in particular Excel
