We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and serviceoriented Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join the team at the awardwinning restaurant The Chapel in The Bodmin Jail Hotel._

As Head Waiter or Head Waitress you will:_

- _Thrive off a busy service_
- _Take charge of a section in the restaurant: taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments_
- _Lead the Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters_
- _Have an in-depth knowledge of food, drink and allergens_
- _Communicate clearly with management and the Kitchen_
