Our client is a young, independent home improvement company specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality aluminium, uPVC glazing and conservatory roof replacements across East Anglia.

Their mission is to change the perception of the double-glazingindustry; rather than using traditional hard selling tactics, they provide genuine solutions to their customers wants and needs.


As a Design & Sales Executive, you will schedule meetings with customers in their homes (and remotely) via inbound enquiries, proactively reaching out to new clients, making outbound calls and networking.

You will educate customers about product features/operationand benefits, answer questions, carry out surveys, and assist with orders. You will also play a part in the customer journey from order to completion and aftersales.


What you will need:


  • You will have a minimum of 2 years sales and/or customer service experience (face to face is desirable)
  • Experience in business development
  • Some basic experience of how to measure/survey and the want to improve on these skills and/or an interest in interior design may prove helpful
  • Experience using CRM systems and ideally some experience with mobile payment services
  • Trustworthy, reliable, driven, and able to use your own initiative

What the role offers:


  • Starting salary of £25,000 per annum basic £50-60k OTE.
  • Company car/small van provided.
  • Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week, flexibility is essential, occasional weekend work may be required.
  • Flexible/hybrid working (office/remote/field based)
  • Laptop & phone provided
This is_ not_ a hard sell role.

We are looking for someone with a passion for design and home improvements who enjoys consulting with potential clients to find genuine solutions to their properties.

You will need to have passion and drive and reallywant to develop your earning potential within a fantastic firm with a great, naturing company culture.


Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full, clean DVLC and live within reasonable commuting distance of our clients head office in Norwich.
