Job Description:

Coveris is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Erema Operator to join our team.

As an Erema Operator, you will be responsible for operating the Erema machine, which is used for recycling our waste back into a pellet.

Your main duties will include setting up and adjusting the machine, monitoring the production process, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the recycled materials and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Operating the Erema machine whilst maintaining a consistent feed and prevent blockages
  • Monitoring the production process and providing checks on the pellet produced with our Technical Department.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production
  • Ensuring the quality of the recycled materials meets company standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Required Profile:

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Knowledge of Erema machines and plastic recycling processes is preferred
  • Some mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Organised and calm under pressure
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
