Overview:


A vacancy has arisen within a fast paced and successful organisation for a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team in an administrative capacity.


Responsibilities:


Main Duties

  • Raising and receipting in purchase orders.
  • Processing sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Liaise with customer and suppliers.
  • Work with other departments to resolve any ledger queries.
  • Financial Data entry and administrative support.
  • Assist with internal equipment stock reconciliation.
  • Adhoc accounts administration duties.

Qualifications:

The Person:


  • Well organised and the ability to multitask.
  • Good organisational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently using their own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good excel skills.
  • Experience from working within a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
  • Committed to working within the company Mission, Vision & Values.
