Overview:
A vacancy has arisen within a fast paced and successful organisation for a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team in an administrative capacity.
Responsibilities:
Main Duties
- Raising and receipting in purchase orders.
- Processing sales invoices and credit notes.
- Liaise with customer and suppliers.
- Work with other departments to resolve any ledger queries.
- Financial Data entry and administrative support.
- Assist with internal equipment stock reconciliation.
- Adhoc accounts administration duties.
Qualifications:
The Person:
- Well organised and the ability to multitask.
- Good organisational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently using their own initiative or as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, motivation and a 'can do' attitude.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good excel skills.
- Experience from working within a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
- Committed to working within the company Mission, Vision & Values.
