HR Advisor Vacancy
Dear Applicant,

This is a fantastic new opportunity for someone to continue to develop their career in HR and work across our central office and school teams to drive HR in the Trust forward.

Our Central Team's purpose is to grow and maintain a strong network of schools within a highly supportive and sharing network: we know that schools are better when they work together sharing common values and goals.

Opportunities for staff development are a key priority for us.

You will work as part of our Central HR team but will also need to be flexible and work in any of the
Trust's schools as required.

Your role will be busy and varied and you will need to be adaptable to work across a number of different stakeholders and schools.

We have recently invested in our HR systems and a key part of this role will be to ensure that we maximise the opportunities of these systems to make us more efficient and provide a great HR service to our schools.

You will play a key role in ensuring that we reduce workload for schools by automating transactional HR activities where possible and that you will provide advice and support to schools to help them to do this and to fully benefit from our investments in technology.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient person to join our team; someone with a sense of passion and drive, to support the team in delivering an effective HR service across the Trust.

You will need to be capable of working using your own initiative, have the ability to learn key tasks quickly and be able to take on a busy and varied workload.

Our vision is to 'Be better, together'.

This means we are committed to establishing academies, which educate the whole child, for wholeness of life, in the heart of their community.
