We are looking to recruit a Studio Finance Administrator to be based in our Nottingham office. There is the possibility of occasional travel to our sites nationally.


The postholder will support our Architectural Teams and be part of a wider team carrying out primarily practice-wide finance led administrative tasks.


The Studio Finance Administrator will be familiar with our office standards, practices and procedures, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

It includes using experience and judgement to plan and accomplish responsibilities using a wide degree of autonomy and initiative.


Applicants should demonstrate the following:


  • Proven financial experience
  • Proven Administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in office software (eg MS Office, Gsuite or similar)
