Description
Sabio Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a friendly and hard-working attitude to continue the growth of the business.

This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary based on experience, to start as soon as possible. Ideally you will be based in/around Braintree. Potential of an office depending on growth within the area.

This a permanent contract.


Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00


Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience


Key responsibilities:


  • Build, develop and maintain clients and contacts.
  • Arrange and attend client and service meetings.
  • Gain full job descriptions for client requirements.
  • Diary management.
  • Adhere to all internal recruitment processes and policies.

You should be able to:


  • Work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Work independently.
  • Multitask.
  • Be organised and motivated.
  • Handle general administration and data entry tasks.
  • Always maintain a high level of customer service.

You should have:


  • Experience in the temporary staffing sector.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Salary:

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Braintree: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Braintree
