MLB Medical and Dental Care is currently looking for a full-time (160h/month) and part-time (50-70h/month)
Medical Receptionist (previous experience not required) in our private medical and dental clinic in Bury St Edmunds (IP32 7AZ, Suffolk) with full training provided.

RECEPTIONIST

On this position you will be promoting a professional image and being knowledgeable about the services the practice provides, greeting patients of the practice with a warm welcome and making them feel at ease, scheduling appointments and answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner and doing basic administrative tasks, such as scanning, handling patient's documentation, etc.

Requirements:

- flexibility,
- excellent organisational skills,
- good knowledge of English and Polish in speech and writing,
- good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel),
- previous experience in customer service would be an advantage, although is not required as long as you feel that you have a drive to interacting with people.
