  • Job Title: Pricing Executive
  • Department: Product & Pricing
  • Reports To: Product & Pricing Manager
  • Location: Gillingham/Hybrid
  • Overview:
  • The Pricing Executive is responsible for the accurate management and maintenance of dental catalogue pricing for consumables and spare parts whilst being the first point of contact for all pricing related queries.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:
  • Managing and maintaining the administration of catalogue pricing for the business
  • Spreadsheet and report maintenance, updating data weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Providing general support across the business for catalogue price related queries
  • Regular use of our CRM system (JDE) alongside BI tools such as SQL Viewpoint and Qlikview
  • Assisting with internal reporting, ad hoc requests and other pricing related projects
  • Helping to identify and implement improvements and enhancement in processes
  • Collaborating with TSMs to implement competitive pricing strategies
  • Carrying out competitor analysis, understanding the market and observing opportunities to increase market share and profitability
  • This role is extremely varied; therefore, the job description is not exhaustive and the role holder will be required to participate in other duties as required by the business.
  • Job Skills & Experience Required:
  • To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
  • Skill & Experience:
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, IF statements, Pivot Tables etc)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 36
  • Knowledge of JDE, SQL or Qlikview would be beneficial
  • Good analytical skills and business administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly selfmotivated and determined
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Able to work calmly and effectively on multiple tasks
  • Curious nature, excited by learning new skills and constantly developing
