We require machinist's and fitter's with experience to join our small team in the centre of Blackburn.

We are a very busy team which specialises in reconditioning automotive cylinder heads, and power generation cylinder heads running on landfill gas and various other sources of fuel.

We also deal with:

• Gas cylinder heads
• Complete test and rebuild on all cylinder heads
• Pressure testing
• Engine block repairs
• Crank grinding
• Surface milling/grinding
• Cylindrical boring/grinding
• Welding (preferred but not necessary)
• Mechanical building/fitting
• Be able to work as part of our team and on their own using initiative.
• Be able to monitor their own quality and productivity of work.
• Be able to follow instructions, safe working practices and maintain a safe and tidy work area at all times.

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-2pm Friday.


Salary:
Very competitive hourly rate dependant on experience. Regular overtime available at time and a half. Willing to have open discussions regarding salary for interested parties.
