Kast has recently been acquired by Kohler Co and will form part of their Luxury Brands Division which will provide investment and resources to accelerate global expansion.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator with an interest in design to join our growing team.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to enquiries and advising clients on our product range configurations and custom options available (full training will be provided)
  • Answering telephone calls in relation to sales, technical queries, production updates and product aftercare
  • Interpreting customer specifications & drawings and advising on the design and pricing of custom items (training and assistance will be provided
  • Preparing formal quotes
  • Assisting with aftersales and queries
  • Participate in sales events and exhibitions when necessary may be 2 a year including internationally (i.e. New York/Paris)
  • Liaising with our external sales reps and global network of showroom resellers showroom visits if required
  • Maintain and form new relationships with clients including showroom sales reps, contractors, designers and architects
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks when required
  • Processing and packaging concrete samples
  • Responsible for taking daily post as required
  • Scheduling DHL Couriers
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Personable and charismatic with an interest in design
  • Willingness to be flexible and accept new challenges
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Strong organisational skills and good time management
Due to the semi-rural location of our factory, own means of transport is essential.
