We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our team.

As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Health and Safety processes and systems within our organisation.


Your responsibilities will include promoting and supporting a safety culture across all business areas, reviewing and updating risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.

You will also be responsible for auditing safety, health, and environmental performance, investigating incidents and near misses, and maintaining accurate records relating to H&S matters.


Qualifications To be successful you'll need**:

  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or industrial environment.
  • Experience of DSEAR, Electrical Safety, Fire, Vibration and Welding regulations.
  • Experience of carrying out COSHH assessments.
  • Risk assessing and managing SSOW for equipment and works covered under PUWER, LOLER, Noise at Work, DSE, Safety at work, Pressure systems and compressed air regulations defined under HASAWA 1974.

Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000
