Description
FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant role for a market leading manufacturing business based in Daventry.

You will be joining a busy finance department but working within a friendly & welcoming team, reporting into a supportive Finance Manager.

The business are offering a salary of £23-26k plus study support for those looking to start / continue their AAT Qualification


Responsibilities:

Managing the Purchase & Sales Ledger
Processing company Credit Cards and Employee Expenses
Reconcile the bank accounts daily, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded in Access Supply Chain and reflected in the cashflow
Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of the Month End, Year End accounts and audit pack and work with the external accountants when required - intercompany balances & fixed asset reconciliations
Ad hoc finance administration (scanning and filing of invoices)
