Description
Role Responsibilities:
To support and back up colleagues tasks as follows;
- To follow up after deal closing the status of document collection as appropriate until the file close by checking the data of the internal credit related systems and liaising with the department members abroad and external parties such as agent banks.
- To oversee and make various reports regarding the due date control such as credit monitoring, financial report collecting, deal covenant reporting etc.
- To monitor insurance attachment for new deals and renewal.
- To back up other tasks in the group time by time.
- To follow up 5060 new deals a year (chasing required documents after closing, such as insurance documents etc.)
- To remind staff, collect and confirm updated financial statements and financial covenants documents for existing deals
