Indotronix Avani UK are proud to be partnering with a renowned & internationally recognised company in the Aviation space who are looking for an experience Aviation Fitter.


Roles & Responsibilities:

To disassemble Hydraulic / Mechanical components down to their sub / individual components.

Carry out inspections duties which range from:
Interpreting technical data Fault diagnosis Identify component wear, damage, or corrosion Using precise calibrated measuring equipment


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the test bay engineer to execute tests on hydraulic and pneumatic units, following technical data and procedures.

Populate accurate test reports and documentation, supporting the meticulous recording of data. Uphold standard operating practices and prioritize the implementation of safety protocols. Champion adherence to industry regulations, including CAA, EASA, and FAA guidelines. Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Hydraulic Workshop, assisting the Production Supervisor and Hydraulic Team Leader. Foster a culture of safety and improvement within the workshop, addressing physical safety issues and attitudes. Assist in the training and development of the Hydraulic team, maintaining accurate training records. Uphold AEM Behaviours for the Hydraulic team, embodying a customer-focused and communicative approach.


Qualifications and Skills:

A background in mechanical or hydraulic engineering. Solid numeracy and literacy skills, backed by a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English. Proficiency in interpreting compliance manuals and working within tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical aptitude, and administrative skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey accurate information effectively. A collaborative spirit, adept at thriving within multidisciplinary teams. A self-motivated and organized individual who takes pride in maintaining quality workmanship. An ability to cultivate robust customer relationships, reflecting a customer-focused mindset.
