Apprentice Painter and Decorator


Our exciting and innovative Apprenticeship Programmes are designed to attract and develop a diverse range of talented individuals who will contribute to the continued growth and success of our business.

This role forms part of the Construction Team. Construction is the part of the process which is most visible and where craft trades are required. This is where the vision and planning becomes a reality

Course Duration:
up to 24 months, plus end point assessment (EPA)

transferable skills such as leadership and communication

working for a 5* house builder

building a network of likeminded professionals

improving your knowledge and understanding of the housebuilding industry

What's the package?

Basic salary from £18,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on role and competitive annual bonus

Tell me all about the role

Prepare the work area safely, providing protection to furniture and adjacent surfaces

Select, use, maintain and store, paint, tools, wallcoverings, spray equipment, steps, ladders and towers safely

Identify and rectify common surface coating and wall covering problems

Prepare and strip surfaces using abrasives, chemical etchants, power sanders, heat and liquid methods
