Key Responsibilities:
Within the Coach Builder role you will be responsible for the below tasks:

• Transform standard vans into high-quality minibuses suitable for schools and private customer, Land rover seat conversions
• Utilise basic joinery skills to create interior structures and solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Handle wiring tasks to install electrical components such as lighting, audio systems, and safety features.
• Operate a variety of power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials for the conversion process.
• Work closely with a diverse team of professionals including designers, engineers, and fellow factory workers, to achieve efficient and highquality conversions.
• Manage workload effectively to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Use various materials (plywood, aluminium etc).
• Use various adhesives.

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Must have experience in using a range of power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, and other relevant equipment.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• An understanding of safety protocols associated with the use of power tools.
• Will need to have effective communication skills to coordinate ongoing tasks with colleagues and supervisors.
• Time management skills are essential to this role in order to complete tasks within established deadlines.

Salary:
£12.50-£16.00 per hour


Schedule:
- working hours 08:00 - 17:00 monday-thurs, friday 08:00 - 15:00 (paid 40hours)


Experience:

- coach/commercial vehicle builder: 2 years (required)
