As a Service Coordinator at Catering Equipment Solutions (Peterborough) Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Service Team:
Covering the Service Team helpdesk and assisting contract support.

This involves taking calls, addressing queries, logging jobs on the system, keeping detailed notes, raising quotes and purchase orders, and efficiently bringing jobs to a conclusion.

Engineer Management and Support:
Scheduling and coordinating our dedicated team of engineers. This includes chasing job sheets, raising purchase orders, and uploading essential documents into our system.

You'll be responsible for ensuring they have all the necessary job details, parts, and materials to carry out their tasks effectively.

Adherence to Processes:
Following established processes and protocols to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, workplace support, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in carrying out the above duties or similar tasks, which would be highly beneficial.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment where you will be responsible for providing essential support to the team.
