We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on our video editing software, based in the UK, with 2-3 visits to our Norwich office a month.

Unlock your creativity:
- Lead the design process for our products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet our customers' needs, are innovative and userfriendly, and align with our brand values
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's vision
- Conduct research, analyse user needs and behaviours, and develop user personas to inform the design process
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs to simplify complex problems
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into the design process
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products
- Stay uptodate with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products are always on the cutting edge of design, and meet UX best practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience in product design, with a quality portfolio that showcases your design skills and process
- Lead design experience on software/ web products in a creative industry
- Experience leading the design process for complex digital products
- Experience conducting and analysing user Interviews with a wide variety of personas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team
- Strong problemsolving skills and a creative mindset
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design visual communication, Product Design, or a related field
- An indepth understanding of video editors would be a plus
