Order Processing Team Supervisor (Evenings)

Key responsibilities:

***- Oversee the running of the evening order processing function.

  • Provide information to the shift each day as outlined above.
  • Monitor the team's booking performance with a view to improving the departments KPI.
  • Help to develop SOPs to ensure continued improvements in our processes.
  • Uphold and encourage the Delifresh Values at all times.
  • With your manager, develop and deliver training sessions and refreshers to enhance learning.
  • Coach and mentor, our team to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate across teams on business solutions.
