The Role


Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, you will be responsible for implementing our new Ways of Working, and for the on-going Continuous Improvement in our delivery practices.

The Experience


Essential Skills:

  • Good commercial / business knowledge, comfortable presenting to technical & nontechnical audiences
  • Curious, innovative, and excited to use data to drive decisions and define the roadmap
  • A selfstarter, always looking to learn more about technology
  • Excellent communication / writing skills
  • Highly organised and detailoriented
  • Ability to create and maintain a flexible and inclusive working environment
  • People relationship, coaching and mentoring experience desirable, the ability to influence key stakeholders and support change is essential
  • Experience of planning and delivering complex digital solutions
  • Working with 3rd party and offshore vendors.
  • Familiar with different flavours of Agile
  • Agile delivery experience, ideally with supporting qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of DevOps and technical processes, artefacts and tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt or higher
  • Must be capable of pulling together a team of crossfunctional highly skilled individuals
  • An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and project management
  • An ability to manage team dynamics when working across Departmental and other boundaries
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
  • Successful implementation of solutions into businesses, transitioning from a delivery project into the ongoing operation, support and continuous improvement of the product
  • Selfmotivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills, relationship building skills, and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
  • Good communication be able to confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to generate commitment to goals
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
