Senior Receptionist
Reports to:
Healthcare Manager
Pay: 25-28K
Hours: 37.5 in a shift pattern Mon-Fri (between
London City Physiotherapy are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join the team and lead front of house in delivering 5 star customer service.
This would be a great position for someone who is in a front of house role looking to step into a senior post, or for any individual looking to work in a friendly and welcoming environment.
About the company:
London City Physiotherapy is a well established Physiotherapy clinic, based in the City of London.
We're a team of doctors, physios, massage therapists and Pilates instructors, all with over 10 years experience in their respective fields.
Our clientele consists of loyal patients and high net worth individuals looking for the best treatment from the most experienced clinicians and a 5 star service.
Duties include:
- Rota management and annual leave planning
- Managing a small reception team, including regular 1:1's and annual reviews
- Delivery of KPI's
- Reporting for management
- Supporting the finance team with invoicing
- Stock management and procurement
- Facilities management
- Background in healthcare is ideal but not essential
- 5 star customer service
- Strong understanding of the patient journey
- Experience in a front of house role
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
