We're on the lookout for a Hospitality Facilities Consultant to join our successful and expanding national team. Verve People are a leading Hospitality staffing aency in Manchester.

We specialise in providing trained and professional staff to some of the most exciting, popular venues and events in and around London.

What will I be doing?

As the lead client facing point of contact, we are looking for someone to really make this role their own.

Operations co-ordinator, Client liaison, the role will fall under many brackets but we are looking for someone who takes control and strives to innovate

Being 'in the know' with the local market
Direct relations with our clients to ensure smooth delivery of contracts
Regular client consultation, using a range of media, directly or digital
Organising delivery of staffing and logistics
Liaise with various parts of the business, including, sales, ops and HOD's
Report to key stakeholders and take ownership of the role
Analyse and implement client feedback
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to business
Organised and able to multitask
Be able to captivate an audience
Socially confident with ability to inspire confidence
Up to date with current market trends and cultures
Able to quickly establish close working relationships
