The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & motivated Supervisor to join our Fortem team, based in South London supporting our Lambeth contract.

This role will be for some new planned works so we have positions available for both our Disrepair and D&M teams.

This is a permanent position ideal for someone who is confident, driven and passionate to succeed. This role is instrumental to the smooth running of this high-profile contract.

You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard.

The Project

As a Supervisor you will motivate and coach Tradespeople to ensure they're competent in their work and renowned for their level of commitment, capability and workmanship.

You will be responsible for planning and organising your team to deliver outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.
