Description
The administrator will provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated advisers; updating advisers' pipelines and document preparation

As Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for

  • Liaising with 3rd parties, clients and advisers
  • Work closely with advisers, creating a great team, to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Package mortgage documents efficiently to provide lenders with the requirements to complete underwriting as quickly as possible.
  • Update clients and agents regularly, by telephone, regarding case progress and outstanding requirements.
  • Chase solicitors proactively to ensure that mortgages progress to exchange/completion efficiently.
  • Ideally the administrator will have will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar mortgage processing role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Office Suite in general
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
