Description

This is a permanent position which will offer you great flexibility as you are only expected to be in the office once a week, which means less travel and more time at home.

The office is based in Thornaby for a top IFA.


You will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting foster carers, holding realistic caseloads and be able to provide high level of supervision, monitoring and intervention.


Benefits:


  • Home based flexibility
  • 25 days plus 8 bank holidays annual leave allowance
  • Salary up to £34,500 with a £4500 Car Allowance (on top of the annual salary)
  • Ongoing training and support from in house and external trainer

Requirements:


  • Able to communicate with children, colleagues, and external customers.
  • Formal Social Work Qualification
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Expected to be in the office as a minimum of 1 day per week
