What you'll do
The Nectar360 Digital Trading team are responsible for driving incremental revenue into the business by creating multi-channel campaigns and utilizing bespoke systems.
As an Advertising Operations Executive within the Nectar360 Ecommerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving incremental client revenue by supporting on multi-channel campaigns and utilising new technologies to monetize digital platforms.
Your main responsibility will be to help grow spend and improve fill rates on the Ecommerce Media Platform (EMP), in order to hit significant multi - million pound revenue targets.
This will be achieved through supporting clients on their EMP self - service campaigns. You will also need to opportunity spot, looking for areas of improvement where we can dive revenue potential.Key Tasks include:
- Provide frequent updates to client services and clients, informing them of recommendations, optimisations and spent/unspent wallets
- Provide guidance to suppliers on placements best suited to strategy and objectives.
- Work with client services and planning to upskill by showing best practices and creating case studies.
- Monitor performance of areas of responsibility to ensure budgets, KPIs and desired fill rates are achieved.
- Provide frequent updates to client services on best performing campaigns to enable upsell or extension opportunities.
- Analysing and interpreting data to identify areas of poor performance and make recommendations to improve performance, ensuring risks are mitigated. Support with other EMP and Ad Ops related tasks such as updating the media pack and booking of fixed tenancy placements.
You are a highly organised and efficient professional with a strong passion for digital media technologies and driving revenue growth.
Your ability to monitor and optimise campaign performance through data analysis, along with your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensures successful campaign performance.
