Job Summary
The Manager Health and Safety is a strategic leader responsible for developing implementing and continuously improving RWS Global s health safety and environmental HSE programs for live experiences productions This critical role will ensure every team member performer guest client enjoy an environment safe compliant aligned with core values.Responsibilities
- Strategy Leadership Define execute Land Production divisional global health safety vision strategy culture aligned corporate goals values Lead development HSE policies procedures training programs Serve subject matter expert HSE regulatory compliance OSHA NFPA ANSI ISO etc including local regional compliance across all locales where Land Production operates produces live entertainment experiences.
- Operational Oversight Partner theme park Health Safety Managers multiple international locations align entertainment safety standards guidelines operational mandates Develop manage HSE audits inspections documentation reporting systems identify mitigate risks entertainment productions operations Support new projects productions advising design-for-safety considerations project process lifecycle.
