Our business is going from strength to strength, we are actively seeking a meticulous and dedicated
Production Coordinator to integrate into our dynamic team.


In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting our Operations team by adeptly coordinating between production, transportation, and procurement endeavours.

The designated working hours are from 8:30 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.


Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team, spanning production, transportation, and certain aspects of procurement.
  • Maximising the utilisation of our system, ensuring seamless migration of existing systems onto the ERP platform.
  • Maintaining accurate production meeting records and updating spreadsheets.
  • Facilitating the preparation of paperwork and vehicle specifications for the factory, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers to fulfil various production requisites, encompassing paint, joinery, and upholstery.
  • Fostering effective interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure smooth production operations.
  • The
    Production Coordinator will help assisting the Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements for the
Production Coordinator role:


  • Demonstrable experience in administrative capacities, preferably within a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for proficient data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • As
    Production Coordinator you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
