Production Coordinator to integrate into our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting our Operations team by adeptly coordinating between production, transportation, and procurement endeavours.
Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team, spanning production, transportation, and certain aspects of procurement.
- Maximising the utilisation of our system, ensuring seamless migration of existing systems onto the ERP platform.
- Maintaining accurate production meeting records and updating spreadsheets.
- Facilitating the preparation of paperwork and vehicle specifications for the factory, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinating with external suppliers to fulfil various production requisites, encompassing paint, joinery, and upholstery.
- Fostering effective interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure smooth production operations.
- The
Production Coordinator will help assisting the Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements for the
Production Coordinator role:
- Demonstrable experience in administrative capacities, preferably within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for proficient data entry and spreadsheet management.
- As
Production Coordinator you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
