The Opportunity
In this role you will have the Responsibility over delivery of the AMR/AUS Region work streams and supervision of 6-7 staff.
You will manage relationships with the key stakeholders in the regions where you will attend monthly service calls, Be the point of escalation for any issues within the region and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded, may require flexibility in working hours.
You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning - to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.
We are looking for people who:
- Have Awareness or experience of working in a Finance Shared Service Centre environment.
- Have a experience as supervisor or relevant role.
- Are familiar with all AP functions.
- Have a proven track record in process improvement.
