About the CRM Manager role

As our first CRM hire, this is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM specialist who wants a high impact role in a fast-paced start-up, while having the corporate backing from a global petcare organisation.

With a test-and-learn mindset at your core, you'll accelerateour growth through relevant, engaging, and timely multichannel communications for Zigzag members.

A customer (and pup) centric self-starter is a must, and you'll be able to expertly translate both qualitative and quantitative datasets into powerful and highlytargeted journeys.


What you'll do:


  • Work closely with our Marketing Lead to set the longterm strategic vision for CRM with specific focus on conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement automated journeys and campaigns throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Evaluate performance against CRM programme objectives and overall business priorities driving forward recommendations and next best actions.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Design, and Content to ensure seamless and innovative experiences for our members.
  • Identify and develop ways to improve member optin rates and preferences.
  • Use CRM to support wider and longerterm growth strategies including referrals and partnerships.

What experience you'll need to apply:

  • A passion for dogs and our mission is essential
  • even better if you're a proud puppy parent
  • Several years of experience in a similar role with expertise in appbased lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and able to effectively prioritise.
  • You describe yourself as an expert user of analytics and CRM tools e.g. Mixpanel, OneSignal, Braze, Iterable, MoEngage.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an appreciation for tone of voice and platform context.
  • You're constantly looking to develop your skillset and excel in fastpaced environments.
