JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Title:
Personal Assistant

Place of work:
At my home and in the community

Rate of pay:
£13.15 per hour***
Hours of work:3 hours per week in one 3 hour block. There are

***options for longer sessions on various days

***depending on the activity.

Purpose of job:

To support me with my needs
To accompany me to events and places of interest in the community.
To immediately raise any concerns about my safety and to take appropriate action in case of emergency.
To agree on suitable times and dates for support and to ensure a balance between continuity of support and flexibility of arrangements to suit my chosen activities.
To record all dates, hours and session details worked with me in my contact log book or online option.
To agree to respect my privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
To enable me to carry out other chosen activities and requests I may reasonably make, inside my home.
