Overview:


To be a key asset in theUK Finance Division tohelp deliver accurate, timely and complete financial information to the Finance Controllerand to help drive the financial performance of the UK operating units by working closely with the Financial Controller.


Key responsibilities/Duties:


  • Support the FC in delivering statutory information and support UK audit where necessary
  • Providing accurate posting of invoices that represent true performance of all UK sites and head office cost centres
  • Producing biweekly payment runs that capture out standing payments that are due
  • Once payment have been made ensure remittance has been sent to suppliers to ensure correct allocations of payments against outstanding invoices
  • Be able to review Aged Creditors and Aged Debtors listing and take a proactive approach to dealing with any outstanding balances
  • Provide Financial Controller with Bank and Deposit reconciliations on a weekly basis
  • Correctly record any intercompany transactions with the relevant business unit
  • Ensure that supplier statements correctly reflect our records and communicate effectively with supplier if there are any omissions
  • Support FC with providing figures for cashflow forecasting and budgets

Requirements:


  • AP Management Experience
  • Happy with 3 days in the office a week Hybrid Model
  • Experience of recruiting in your team
  • Multi site experience is desirable
