About the team

What you will be doing
Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Be available to have some flexibility in working hours.


What you bring:


  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Good to have familiarity with fund accounting and private equity domain and clients

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in support and/or client account management.
