This is a full time, permanent position.The purpose of this role is to ensure all service and planned maintenance visits are completed and verified, to cost all completed works.
You will be responsible reviewing, closing, and verifying all visits and update internal systems to show the relevant status.To produce Rams for works to be done and look after general office duties including chasing of overdue payments
- You will be responsible for the costing submitting of invoices for all completed jobs.
- You will be responsible for all queries preventing invoices being processed in a timely manner.
- You will be required to review and resolve all invoice queries
- You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed/submitted on web portals
- deal with incoming calls for all aspects of the business
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Planned maintenance, producing RAMS,: 2 years (preferred)
- Health and safety Rams: 2 years (preferred)
- General office duties: 2 years (preferred)
