THE COMPANY


Substantial brand and own label manufacturing food business with integrated trading partnerships across the Grocery Retail Multiple accounts, delivering outstanding quality and service to their customers.

Their high quality brands are growing and are household names, all with well supported marketing investment.


This high profile and well invested business is looking to further step-change its operation in 2024, with the Sales & Marketing Director looking to attract additional top National Account Management talent, with the potential to fast-track their future career growth up to the next management level.


THE ROLE


Directly manage and influence a substantial P&L on the Tesco account and have direct influence on further developing trading strategies focused on growing brand distribution activities, whilst also driving own label product availability, supporting multi-site, in-store display quality and consumer-led promotional activities.


Additionally, you will coordinate and manage the day-to-day Tesco business activities connecting with all internal and external 'partnership' key stakeholders, focused on effective communication to drive 2024 budgeted profitable sales growth.

ABOUT YOU


Intelligent, highly personable and ambitious, with the right attitude to deliver and grow both the business performance and your commercial capability.


Today? You've been a National Account Manager for c2-5 years in a major food or drink company, with exposure to a GRM account/s.

You're comfortable with using category insights to build trading strategies, can negotiate and are a great influencer with hearts and minds, both across and upwards with all management level stakeholders.
