I have a fantastic opportunity for a Childrens Homes Regional Manager to join one of the UK's leading Children's Residential Service providers to manage a 8 homes for Children & Young People with EBD in the Shropshire area.


Salary:
£52,000 - £71,500 (total package inc bonus) PLUS car allowance


Location:
Shropshire (Overseeing services in Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Bridgenorth & Leominster)


Hours:
Full time


Contract Type:
Permanent


You will be responsible for the provision of leadership, direction and management of a portfolio of residential children's services, all rated "good" or "outstanding" by directing Registered Managers to achieve the highest levels of performance to meet andexceed quality standards, resulting in unmatched levels of support provided to the young people.

Requirements:


  • 3 years experience managing a Children's Residential Service to a "good" or "outstanding" standard.
  • Ideally multi site management in a childrens homes regional manager role
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services.
  • You must be a driver with a full UK licence and your own vehicle due to the nature of the role.
