I am seeking a
Registered Manager who will oversee a large and specialist
Supported Living service based in
Rugby.

The accommodation itself is purpose built for 17 individuals living within their own self-contained flats who have mental health needs, a learning disability and/or autism.

Some of theindividuals may have complex needs or behaviours of concern.

Have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, ideally supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
Have an understanding and preferably experience of Positive Behaviour Support.
Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 4 or 5, or be working towards this.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role, typically Monday-Friday, however flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service which may include evenings and/or weekends.

For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £27,091 perannum and a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days plus 8 additional statutory days.
