Sourcing and managing new business relationships, whilst servicing expectations of pre-existing business within the company. Attracting top talent in the construction sector to fulfil demand from all clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients
• Updating and maintaining CRM
• Assisting with the evolution of processes to create further growth, and in time the role will be responsible for mentoring and managing less experienced consultants if desired.
• Advertising and handling the responses

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2+ years' experience as a Senior/Team Leader operating within the TEMP construction sector.
• Proven track record of looking after existing key accounts & clients
• Ability to liaise with all types of clients at all levels within a business
• A passion for construction and the people that work in the industry
• To have the strengths and personality to selfmotivate in a new business environment
• Hold a full UK driving licence to meet clients.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
